I'm Back!

Yes, I'm back from Ireland, AND today is my birthday! Excuse me as I enjoy a few days off from work, and catch up on some much needed R&R by the pool with the BF ;)

Enjoy your week ladies.

behind but moving forward.

I have been extremely busy at work this week, in preparation for my trip to Ireland! Yes, Ireland! I'm excited to be planning this journey and experience all that is Irish, but I have to say I'm pleased its Friday and I have two days ahead of me to just rest. I can already predict next week will be even more crazy. I leave for the GREEN (literally) island on Wednesday.

Outfit Picks:: I've been a bit behind on posts, so I wanted to share my outfit from Wednesday. I wore my new Banana Republic top and my favorite pair of black pumps. The weather has been very hot here in Florida, and had to run errands for work all day. It was nice to wear something light, yet still professional for the office.

Have you ever visited Ireland? Any exciting things I should do during my free time?

Wishing you all a great weekend with mom!

Weekend In Review

Click on the photos below to enlarge.

Honestly, I have never been a huge fan of the Royal family. BUT, I have to say... all the wedding news really got me into the mood...after all, I am a girl! I can't say I woke up at 5AM in the morning to watch the ceremony, but I did enjoy the entire re-run that night with my best friend and popcorn! I wasn't absolutely in love with Kate's dress, but she did look stunning and I wish her and William the best.

Saturday was absolutely beautiful in Florida! I spent the entire day with my mother. We went to lunch, enjoyed two hours at the spa, and of course we went shopping! I encountered quite a few awesome sales and indulged in all the cuteness of Forever21 (skirts), Gap (stripped tee) and Banana Republic (blouses).

I generally like to keep my blog fun and light, however, yesterday marked such a significant point in history. "Today we are reminded that as a nation there is nothing we can't do." ~President Barack Obama

How did you spend your weekend?
