Current Obsession: Lace and Crochet Shorts

When I like something...I LOVE it. My obsession turns into a chronic addiction, until I'm bored. Then I move on to something else. lol. I have a new obsession and I couldn't be happier. Should I see a shrink?

Ever since I saw Chloe's OOTD with the cutest LuLus cream lace shorts, paired with the boldest of bold mustard yellow, I new I was in LOVE. Since the shorts were sold out, I spent nearly three hours trying to locate a similar pair! BINGO! I found the most adorable alternative at Charlotte Russe, and the price was sweeet :) In addition to the shorts, I have been on the lookout for a lace skirt I can dress up and down. I failed with my Shopbop purchase, but I'm still on the hunt. Any ideas?

Online Shopping = Return

Why does this always seem to be the case when I'm super excited about something I purchase online? You know...the clothing item that doesn't fit! I ordered this adorable BB Dakota crochet skirt from ShopBop.com in a size two. [I've been MADLY in love with lace/crochet styles lately.] It arrived in my mailbox four days later and it was too small. And when I say "small"...I mean tiny! I think a size four may accurately fit me. That's just scary to think! I typically wear a size zero. Anyway, today was the day that I placed the skirt into a box and shipped it back to the warehouse. An exchange is not possible, because the skirt is SOLD OUT  in the size I need. Bummer. Lesson learned: Purchase BB Dakota clothing items a size or two bigger than I normally would.

I've been a member of Rue La La for some time now, and absolutely love the deals!
